You are what you eat. Food preferences somewhat reveal our personality and emotions. “Collide and Sparkle” is a participatory art project that He Wei and his team designed. The project weaves food, color and human emotions into a carnival. 

Through sociological records, participatory performances and sensory experience sharing, an artistic research on relationship between food and human is carried out.
