这是全世界第一个以中国艺术家名字命名的颜色 - 张晓刚灰。来自张晓刚工作室里面的三管颜料(Williamsburg的SEVRES BLUE和CADMIUM GREEN LIGHT、史明克的Sand),将它们混合在一起,最后进行装灌密封,成为了那个年代的颜色。著名作家林叶写道:“以颜料的形式代替张晓刚的作品在社会中复制、变身、游荡,让被美术馆系统、商业系统限制的张晓刚艺术作品中的那种精神性得以变换成不同的形式进入到我们的生活之中。“这个灰色属于一个特殊的年代,被通过魔咒般的混淆后抛到了现实的生活中,观众可以由一个频道的切换而置身于灰色的经验中。这些可能极其有争议的“作品”此次在南京艺术学院美术馆会有很完整的展示,也是胡任乂近几年关于当代艺术中的“社会工厂”概念产品的较完整的呈现。展览中包括众多经典作品,包括“涂黑吕胜中小红人“, ”切割丁乙十示为上千份“,”以梁绍基命名的桑树果“等等。这些作品都自带有某种关于当代艺术之生产和劳动上的,在概念和制作上的某种破坏性和重组性,以引发进一步的讨论。- 张晓刚灰&FRIENDS


This is the world’s first color, named after a Chinese artist, Zhang Xiaogang Grey.

It comes from three tubes of paint in Zhang Xiaogang’s studio (Williamsburg’s SEVRES BLUE and CADMIUM GREEN LIGHT and Schmincke’s Sand). These colors were mixed together and finally sealed, becoming emblematic of that era.
The renowned writer Lin Ye wrote: “The pigmented form of Zhang Xiaogang’s work replicates, transforms, and roams through society, allowing the spiritual essence within his art—restricted by the museum and commercial systems—to transform and enter our lives in various forms.”
This grey belongs to a particular era and is cast into everyday life after being conjured into a kind of magical confusion. Through a switch of perception, viewers can immerse themselves in the experience of grey.
These potentially highly controversial “works” will be comprehensively displayed this time at the Art Museum of Nanjing University of the Arts. It also marks one of the more complete presentations of Hu Renyi’s concept of the "social factory" in contemporary art over recent years. 
The exhibition includes many classic works, such as "Blacking Out Lü Shengzhong’s Little Red Figures," "Slicing Ding Yi’s Cross Paintings into Thousands of Pieces," and "Naming Mulberry Fruit After Liang Shaoji." Nearly every piece possesses a destructive and reconstitutive quality, stirring waves in contemporary art.
